Flourish HR was founded by Audrey Smith, whose lifelong passion has been understanding people. She is driven by how they work, what motivates them, and most importantly, what helps them thrive.
With a 25 year career spanning HR management, Social Work and Counselling, with a focus on workplace relations, mental health and employee wellbeing, Audrey has seen firsthand the transformative power of the right support.
She has worked alongside leaders facing complex workplace challenges, employees struggling with mental health, and teams striving for better talent and collaboration. Through these experiences, she has learned that HR is not just about policies. It is about people.
Audrey has partnered with many blue chip companies and industries both internally and as a Consultant to Employee Assistance Programs. She has worked with tertiary education institutions such as UNSW and ACAP, as well as organisations in security, property, manufacturing, agency recruitment, and the for-purpose sector.
She founded Flourish HR with the belief that every business deserves HR solutions built on integrity, delivered with empathy, and designed for real impact. More than just offering advice, she works closely with businesses to understand their unique challenges, creating strategies that empower both people and businesses to succeed.
